We begin by offering a personalized approach to onboarding. Depending on your preference, we can schedule a kick-off call to discuss your specific needs and expectations, or we can provide a comprehensive checklist outlining the information and documents we’ll need to get started.

✍️ Engagement Agreement
To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we require all new clients to sign an engagement agreement. This document outlines the scope of services, including what’s included and excluded, so both parties have clear expectations from the outset.

📄 Information Gathering

Non-Peak Season (May–December):
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Peak Tax Season (January–April):
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sat, 10 AM – 3:30 PM
We understand that our clients may have scheduling needs outside of standard hours. Therefore, we offer early morning, evening, and weekend appointments by request to accommodate your schedule.

1. Fixed-Fee Pricing
We provide a predetermined price for specific services, ensuring transparency and eliminating surprises. This model is ideal for well-defined projects where the scope and deliverables are clear.

2. Percentage of Revenue
For certain engagements, especially those involving ongoing advisory or CFO services, we align our fees with your business’s revenue. This approach ensures our interests are aligned and reflects the value we contribute to your growth.

3. Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
Under this model, we set a ceiling on the total fee for a project or service. Even if additional work is required, you won’t pay more than the agreed-upon maximum, providing budget certainty.

4. “Paid When Paid” Arrangements with Guaranteed Minimums
We understand that cash flow can be unpredictable. In such cases, we offer flexible payment terms where fees are due upon your receipt of payment from your clients, coupled with a guaranteed minimum to ensure sustainability for both parties.
