Adan Ibarra, CPA joins as the second CPA—adding financial planning and investment advisory to the mix.
Keen Coverage becomes an affiliate, layering in insurance planning and coordinated tax strategy.
The firm acquires Strait Financial’s accounting & tax division, expanding into Grapevine, TX.
Early 2023 – Michele sells her remaining shares to Adan as she begins winding down toward retirement.
Firm renamed Beck & Ibarra CPA PC—the name says it all.
Adan earns the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential from the AICPA, certifying mastery over integrated tax, retirement, estate, investment and insurance planning.
Jan 2024 – Roughly 80 clients onboarded via acquisition from a Southlake CPA firm.
Acquired Parr & Associates CPA PC in October, bringing Reggie Parr’s clients and expertise under one roof.
Hired Alex Badillo as Audit Director—former Big 4 Senior Manager with 10 years of experience—establishing a dedicated audit division.
Consolidation & New Brand (2025)
Consolidation into a single Hurst, TX office combining Beck & Ibarra and Parr & Associates.
Firm rebranded to Parr & Ibarra CPA PC—leaning into heritage while focused forward.
Keen Coverage merges with Amarisk Insurance (Frisco, TX), boosting access to international insurance markets and additional insurance carriers. Phuc Dang continues as Amarisk President.
Amarisk files to form a licensed PEO, aiming to provide outsourced HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance under a co-employment model.
Audit division goes live, signing over 30 audit clients in H1 2025.
Wise PEO - PEO license issued September 2nd 2025.
Acquired Melton, Fangman & Company in Addison, TX.
