What are your office hours?
Our typical office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. During peak tax season, we have Saturday office hours.
Evening or weekend appointments are available upon request.

We’re in the Park Vista Plaza building, on the second floor, in a corner suite.
What is the best way to access the Keller office at Park Vista Plaza (9500 Ray White Road, Fort Worth, TX 76244)?
We recommend entering via Kroger Drive. By entering off of Kroger Drive, this route offers immediate sight of Suite 200, located in the corner of Park Vista Plaza.
What landmarks can help me locate the Keller office at Park Vista Plaza (9500 Ray White Road, Fort Worth, TX 76244)
Landmark 1: Keller Central High School is directly across Ray White Road. Keller Central High School is a large red‑brick building, easy to spot.
Landmark 2: To the right of the office is Aladdin Mediterranean Café.
Landmark 3: To the left of the office is Park Vista Cleaners. The Park Vista Cleaners sign is right next to our entrance.
- Landmark 4: To the left of our office is Yummy Cafe & Sweats. Yummy Cafe & Sweats is on the corner and immediately visable when entering the office complex from Kroger Drive.
Where should I park when Visiting the Keller Office (9500 Ray White Road, Fort Worth, TX 76244)?
Please park in the front of the building. There is no entrance in the back, so front parking provides the most direct and convenient access to the office. If you park in the back, you will need to walk around to the front in order to enter Suite 200.
I got a letter from the IRS. What should I do?
Remain Calm
Receiving mail from the IRS is common—these notices often require simple actions. Don’t panic.
Read It Thoroughly
Note the notice number, tax year, and any specified actions.
Check whether you agree or disagree with the IRS’s information by comparing it to your filed return.
Respond Promptly
If you agree: Send payment or required forms per the notice instructions.
If you disagree: Draft a clear written explanation, include relevant documentation, and mail to the address shown.
Respect Deadlines
IRS notices generally require a response within 30 days—missing the deadline may increase penalties and reduce appeal opportunities.
Payment or Payment Plans
If a balance is due, pay the full amount or request a payment plan to reduce interest and penalties.
Upload via Your Client Portal
Scan and upload the notice and any supporting documents to your secure client portal—this enables us to review and respond efficiently.

Beware of Scams
The IRS initiates contact by mail only—never by email, text, or social media.
To verify a notice, compare the notice number and search it on IRS.gov or call the toll-free number printed on the letter.
