Program Description
The Parr & Ibarra CPA Client SMS Program provides service-related SMS and MMS messages to clients regarding their professional services. Messages may include appointment reminders, document requests, tax return status updates, account notifications, and service-related follow-ups.
Messages are sent only to clients who have provided consent to receive SMS communications.
How To Opt In
Clients opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting their phone number through the contact form on our website at:

The form requires users to check a consent checkbox agreeing to receive SMS communications related to appointments, document requests, tax return updates, and other service notifications. The checkbox is not pre-checked and must be selected before the form can be submitted.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you provide consent again.
